The bedrock of our work is gender equality and social inclusion. We are committed to ensuring that we put a gender lens on everything that we do as we deliver our services. Important for us is making sure that people of all genders enjoy equal rights and opportunities.

We, to that effect, ensure gender mainstreaming across all the areas of our work and we capacitate and support our clients and partners to also take a gender lens across their work. Our posture and commitment in providing our services is to treat our partners and clients with respect and dignity regardless of their ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability, HIV status, migrant status or where they reside. We inculcate this in our organisation by ensuring that we sensitise our team members on social inclusion with clear guidelines and robust internal quality controls.
